I’m Munire Nursen Dogan. I’ livining in Istanbul Turkey
. May recipies have been featured in many Turkish magazines and on saveral shows, and I’m regulaly selected to judje competitions.Like all Turkish cusine my cooking combines.
Mediteranean and Middle Eastren influeces, and makes use of many kinds of whole grains especilly BULGUR wheat . Also my recipies are tailored to a modern healthful diet.
I had literally hundreds of BULGUR recipes in my mind. So I tried out lots of them.Piced out what I thought vere the best, them searched from all over my home country of TURKEY.
I wished l make a book .What a pitty I could’nt. So now I want share my recipies with you in this web site..
So I would like to thank my husband Nafiz who helped me trough the whole process, bought all the ingredients, supported me in many, many ways and was allways eager for me to try new recipes so, that he could eat them!
I would also like thank my son-in-law Gabriel for giving me the idea to write my recipes organier and english -carecter!
Iwould also like thank my dougter Neva, my son Dogan and dougter -in-law Elif, my mother, and all my family,and friends who have enjoyed my cooking and asked me for the recipes for so many years.. COK TESEKKUR EDERIM!
