<div class="mceTemp"><strong>METHOD</strong></div>
<div class="mceTemp">Rinse the wheat  and put in a  pot with 5 cups water and cook for an hour on low heat.     In another  pot  put  the chicken   in 2 cups water and add  some salt and black pepper , cook for 20 munites. Take chicken from water and add the chicken water  into wheat pot. </div>
<div class="mceTemp">Break  the ckicken  meat into  pieces. ( Separate some for serve) And add  on smooth wheat. Constantly stir and mash with  a potato  masher or wooden  spoon over a low heat for  10- 15 munites. Make sure to mix  the chicken meat well in the wheat, as you would for risotto. Add  cumin,black pepeper and salt to taste.  Remove from the heat.</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Transfer on  a serving plate. Garnish with chicken meat . sprinkle black pepper. Heat the butter  for 3-4 munites    ( add paprika if you wish)and poor over keskek dish.  Serve  immediatly with a toast.. <strong>ENJOY!</strong></div>
