<div class="mceTemp">The Middle Eastern countries are no strangers to version of pizza. This  Turkish pizza; the paper -thin  lahmacun is popular lunch time sanck. There are restaurants only    sells lahmacun. Like  hamburgers.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">2cups  flour ,white or whole weat flour</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1cup fine bulgur</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1teaspoon dried yeast</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1table spoon sugar</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1/3teaspoon salt</div>
<div class="mceTemp">3tablespoons oliveoil</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1cup lukewarm water</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Mix bulgur, flour,sugar and salt .   Add water and oil.  Mix with a fork and cover and let rest for 30minutes. Knead the dough on floured surface  if required add flour or water.   Cover and let rest for  15-20 munites.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">250 gr minced lamb</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1table spoon butter</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1onion, finely chopped</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1tomoto, skinned and chopped</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1teaspoon paprika flakes</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1teaspoon molases or sugar</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1tablespoon tomato paste</div>
<div class="mceTemp">1/2teaspoon     black pepper</div>
<div class="mceTemp">salt  to taste</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Some green and red  bel pepper, chopped, (optinal)</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Mix all ingredients    work mixture with your hands </div>

<div class="mceTemp">Punch  back the risen  dough , knead for 2-3 munites and  cut  in      walnut -sized , or  tennis ball sized. Make each piece into a ball and roll each ball out into thin rounds . Place on unfloured baking    tray.Speared a thin layer of the meat mixture over each one .</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Bake in the preheat oven for 10=15 munites until  light brown and crispy.</div>
<div class="mceTemp">Transfer on serving dish.     Serve soon.  Lemon   slices and parsley , mint leaves vedges.       <strong>ENJOY!</strong></div>
