Wheat very important for healt . I  have some wheat plants . I  cut some grass of  the wheat and   other greens such  a   parsle y mint, oregano etc . I cooked   handful  of  wheat and created  a deliceous  spring salad...

<strong>INGREDIENTS</strong>

1cup wheat

3tablespons olive oil

1lemon juice

1teaspoon ginger,graeted

2 spring oinons,  finely chopped

a handful of fine ly chopped parsley

a handful of chopped  mint

a handful of chopped wheat  grass (if you have)

a  handful of chopped oregano (optinal

a handful  chopped wallnuts

salt to taste

<strong>METHOD</strong>

Sooked the whaet for 4-5 hours. Cook in water until get soft. Drain. Mix olive oil and lemon juice, salt and let rest for 15 munites. Add ginger ,parsley oinons, mint, wheat gras(if you have)oregano ,wallnuts  and mix well . Transfer on serving  plates.  Garnish  with cucumber, tomatotes  slices  . Serve as a salad  or side dihes...

<strong>WHEAT AND OPRICOTS</strong>

 Mix a cup of cooked wheat  ;4-5 chopped dired opricot, a handful chopped walnuts , 1teaspoon grated  fresh ginger  and stir well . Transfer on serving bowl drizzle some honey if you wish.. serve  as   a  snack or   breakfast
