 1cup wheat

1cup cranberries ,

3-4 spring onions, finely chopped

Handful parsley,finely chopped

handful mint,finely chopped

handful  fresh oregano , finelly chopped

1lemon juice

1 lemon peel  ,grated

1tea spoon  paprika  ,optinal hot

salt  1/2cup virgin  olive oil

handful  sunflowers seeds

<strong> METHOD</strong>

Wash the wheat and soak in 5cup water in a pan . Let rest for 4-5 hours. Than cook  until the wheatt get soft . If need add some  water.  Drain and add cranberries, salt, paprika , onion   lemon juice and peel and some olive oil. Stir cover and  to cool. 

Add parsley,mint,oregano  and rest of the oilve oil  .Stir and transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle sun flowers seeds. Garnish with lettuce leaves ..
